What we do on a mandate

When a secured loan becomes a non-performing asset, the capital behind it stays locked. We support the lender's authorised officer through enforcement of security interest under the SARFAESI Act, run as a structured, documented process.

Enforcement coordination

Each step of the enforcement process tracked for the authorised officer, with an owner and a next date, so nothing drifts.

Possession-related processes

Support to the authorised officer in possession-related processes. Possession and sale are carried out by the lender's authorised officer.

Asset readiness

The groundwork that lets the lender take a secured asset to sale, done to the lender's instructions.

Reporting on record

Every action documented and reported to the lender, in the lender's format.

Step by step, from the demand notice to the sale: SARFAESI enforcement services for banks and NBFCs.

How we work with lenders

  • The lender's authorised officer decides every step. We act only within the mandate.
  • Our conduct follows the lender's own policies and the Reserve Bank of India guidelines that apply to the lender.
  • Kenstone Capital is not a law firm. Legal work is done by advocates the lender appoints.
  • Each lender's mandate terms govern the work, not our terms for business clients.
