Raise a concern about how we contacted you

Handled by our Grievance Officer · acknowledgement within two working days

If you are a business that Kenstone Capital has contacted on a client's behalf, or a person connected to one, you can tell us here if you believe we fell short of our Responsible Collection Policy. The Grievance Officer, Shraddha Rathod, acknowledges every concern within two working days with a reference number. Where the concern is about intimidation, disclosure to others, a notice, or money, we pause contact on that matter while we look into it.

You can also write to info@kenstonecapital.in with the subject "Grievance Officer", call +91 80 6824 8827 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST), or write to our Bengaluru office. Anonymous concerns are accepted and investigated as far as the information allows. Raising a concern will never make collection activity harsher.

How we investigate, our timelines and your external remedies are set out in the Grievance Redressal Policy. How our people must behave is in the Responsible Collection Policy and the Debtor Communication Charter.
