Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 21 September 2026 · Last updated: 21 September 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone who deals with Kenstone — clients, debtor businesses, partners and the public — to be able to read our website and reach us. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites where they are relevant to a private website.
What the site supports
- Keyboard navigation of every page, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- A logical heading order and named landmarks on every page, so screen readers can move by section.
- Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and a mobile layout with no horizontal scrolling.
- Descriptive link text; alternative text on informative images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Colour contrast that meets AA on body text and controls; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Forms with visible labels, keyboard-operable controls and error messages announced to assistive technology.
- Expandable question-and-answer sections that work with keyboard and screen readers.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting: the receivables-curve animation on the home page does not play when that setting is on.
Known limitations
- Some legal and statutory terms are unavoidable; guides explain them, but reading level is higher than plain-language targets in places.
- The DSO calculator announces results through a live region; depending on the screen reader, a user may need to move to the result region after pressing Calculate.
- PDF downloads, where offered, may not be fully tagged; the HTML page is the accessible version.
- Third-party content we link to (registries, courts, group companies) is outside our control.
Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of the site is hard to use, you can call +91 80 6824 8827 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST), email info@kenstonecapital.in, or message our WhatsApp business number, and a practitioner will help you with the same information or task by another route.
Reporting a problem
Tell us at info@kenstonecapital.in (subject: "Accessibility") with the page address and what happened. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to fix genuine barriers within 30 days or offer an alternative.
How we review
Our aim is to check each new page template with keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader and an automated checker before it goes live, and to re-test the site annually. This statement is updated when the results change.
